THE SOUND OF ADVENTURE

SOUND OF ADVENTURE was commissioned by the Brassband Pfeffersberg. It was not only my first work for Brass Band, but also the first piece for brass band which was composed in my region called South Tyrol, a fact i'm somewhat proud of, i must confess :-) The character of the piece is adventurous in a romantic sense: with a catchy fanfare, powerful rhythms and a lyric Solo of the Flugelhorn and the Euphonium.
